Abstract

Since the beginning of business management, optimization of enterprise’s performance has been recognized as its main objective. However, a suitable motivation model had to be implemented to achieve that goal. This paper aims to present discussion on Object Management Group (OMG) Business Motivation Model (BMM) in theory and in practice.
