On the other hand, this system can be use by the facilities, the regulating office and the municipalities to supervise and inspect the records and compare them with the indicators of the N.C.S.D.E. which are: FEDT (equivalent frequency of voltage deviation), flicker (Pst) and the rate of total distortion of voltage harmonics (THDV). Abstract

The following investigation has the primary objective of developing an information system that allows processing data from electrical variables such as: voltage, quick fluctuation of voltage (flicker) and that rate of total distortion of voltage harmonics (THDV) in order to evaluate the quality of the electrical energy (power quality) of the electrical service companies.
