Abstract

Recent years, people emphasize more on equipment quality. After the conclusion of previous studies, the factors influencing quality can be divided into three categories: design and building, customer behavior and customer support, all of which are the key factors affecting the quality of equipment. All of these factors will be demonstrated through Overall Equipment Efficiency (OEE), durability, cost effectiveness and safety of the equipment. However, most studies focus on one or a few aspects, failing to modeling their relationship. This research based on Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) could help both customers and manufacturers to find key factors of quality.
