ON CONCEPT OF A CONTEMPORARY ELECTRONIC GERMAN UKRAINIAN LAW DICTIONARY

Abstract

The article deals with conceptual principles underlying the German-Ukrainian Legal online-Database – the first German-Ukrainian dictionary of legal terms in Ukraine. Such lexicographical principles as definition of a term, the interpretative note to the term in German and Ukrainian, the reference of branch of law and belonging of the term to a certain national system of law as well as fixation of main collocation’s types are analyzed and exemplified in a specific context of termbase entries.
