One of the methods that is widely used for the development of the model of enterprise architecture today is the TOGAF ADM. TOGAF ADM is a method or frame of reference to make the architecture of a system that is oriented on the needs of the organization which consists of data architecture, application architecture and roadmap implementation. As already known, the higher education in particular in Indonesia is the academic organization that has its own characteristic and distinctiveness so then the use of the method TOGAF ADM will be the right choice. Infact the conclusion from the results of this research analysis is that the smart campus systems for the higher education in Indonesia requires fifteen information systems or applications.
