Lean IT methodology as a new approach to software development

Abstract

The principles and approaches to software product development are considered, allowing to flexibly respond to the variability of external conditions and requirements of the customer and users, to take into account the principles of lean manufacturing, as well as to exclude the occurrence of errors and prevent the need for their correction.
