The findings of this research, that was analyzed using descriptive statistics method, showed that e-banking prospects have good perception about confidence benefits and special treatment benefits in e-banking. However, they had neutral opinion about social benefits in e-banking transaction. Based on the findings, a set of propositions forming a model is proposed for further research.
