Application of multiple fuzzy attribute decision to evaluation of distributors

Abstract

In this paper, Fuzzy Set Theory and cluster analysis is used to build a Comprehensive Evaluation Model for choosing distributor. In this model, descriptive variable will be converted to numerical variable by triangular fuzzy numbers firstly. Then the selected experts will be assigned to groups according to their group appraisal and given weight by cluster analysis. Finally, an example can prove that the construction of multi-attribute evaluation model can conveniently be used for choosing distributors.
