Two sets of ring magnets are analysed and compared. Abstract

Permanent magnets are found in more and more devices in the industry and increasing their functional performance leads to the efficiency of these devices that contain them. The aim of this paper is the analysis by numerical modelling of different sets of ring permanent magnets to determine the optimal positioning of the magnetization directions in order to obtain an uniform magnetic field on their surface.
