In his story transcatheter arterial chemoembolization (TACE) was performed twice with the diagnosis of hepatitis B induced liver cirrhosis and HCC. After successfull TACE procedure patient was discharged. Four days later patient admitted with vesiculobullous lesions at procedure place. The patient was started antiviral therapy with the diagnosis of herpes zoster and lesions ameliorated. Abstract
