Abstract

Phase composition and structural state of polycrystalline ingots of undoped lead telluride synthesized under the influence of various technological factors have been studied. Thermoelectric samples have been obtained by powder pressing method. Measurements of the temperature dependences of conductivity, Seebeck coefficient and thermal conductivity have been made. The influence of annealing temperature on thermoelectric properties of the samples has been investigated.
