Abstract

There has been an alarming increase in demand for multimedia applications due to explosive growth in communication, commerce and entertainment services. Nowadays devices such PDA, laptops and phone have more processing and computing capability. Consequently, this will eventually allow more effective and efficient video streaming and mobile applications over wireless network.
