From the perspective of military requirements, the Weapon System of Systems (WSoS) related research is referenced. The definition and characteristics of Technology System of Systems (TSoS) are discussed. TSoS related research is reviewed. Types of capability requirements, as well as technologies classification, are studied and compared. A TSoS construction method is proposed using the tactical and technical indices as bridges between capability/system requirements and technologies.
