Abstract

The paper presents the results of parametric generation in synchronously pumped singly-resonant OPO and in superluminescent regime pumped by Nd:YAG laser with simultaneous mode locking and Q-switching (SMAOM method). In singly-resonant OPO, it is shown that the allowable detuning width of the cavity length can increase by an order of magnitude compared to other sources of synchronous pumping. In the superluminescent regime, the total conversion efficiency of 40% was achieved, pump depletion reached 50%, and the spectrum of the output radiation in the visible region was studied.
