Abstract

This paper describes measuring converters with frequency output signal for cryogenic temperature based on electron-hole plasma absolute helical instability of specimen placed in longitudinal electric and magnetic fields. Sensitivity of strength measuring converters reached 15 kHz/N at temperature 77K. Sensitivity of angular displacement measuring converters reached 50 kHz/deg. The experimental results are presented in the paper.
