In order to prepare the conditions for achieving \"almost zero\" man-made damage due to rapid reduction of technogenic pollution (emissions, discharges, waste) and the use of \"closed\" technologies for collecting, processing, utilizing technogenic waste, the technosoliton model has been proposed. Abstract

In order to study the technogenic (man-made) damage in the national economy, regressive economic-mathematical models for disease levels of the population of Ukraine, due to the destructive influence factors (emissions, discharges, waste), have been built in this paper. The economic evaluation and prediction of the man-made losses - cost of treating patients with tumors due to environmental pollution have been conducted. 国民经济中技术性(人为)损害的经济评价与政府调控
为了研究国民经济中的技术性(人为)损害,本文建立了乌克兰人口因破坏性影响因素(排放、排放、废物)造成的疾病水平的回归经济数学模型。对肿瘤患者因环境污染造成的人为损失成本进行了经济评价和预测。为了为迅速减少技术污染(排放、排放、废物)和使用收集、处理和利用技术废物的“封闭”技术而实现“几乎为零”人为损害创造条件,提出了技术孤立模型。这将增加国家对这一现象的监管效力,为其根除和补偿提供适当的拨款。
