A ESTRUTURAÇÃO DAS POLÍTICAS SOCIAIS DECORRENTE DA ORGANIZAÇÃO DO MOVIMENTO LGBTQ

Abstract

This article discusses about struggles and achievement of Lesbians, Gay, Bisexual, Transvestites, Transsexuals and Queer movement (LGBTQ), amidst the prejudices, discrimination and violence experienced by this population in a mode of production that is based on inequalities and oppressions. Presenting the conceptions and structuring of the State so that social politics are implemented, and the various forms of Movement LGBTQ's manifestation to pressure the government in attendance of social policies. It’s based on bibliographical research, analyzed by the dialectical and historical materialism method, to understand the social reality of LGBTQ population.
