On some problems of the participation of a forensic investigator in the investigation of crimes on behalf of the head of the investigative body

В статье рассматриваются проблемы законодательной регламентации поручения как основания участия следователя-криминалиста при производстве следственных действий, его форма, содержание, срок и критерии качества исполнения. В заключение автором выносятся предложения по совершенствованию законодательства, регламентирующего процессуальный статус следователя-криминалиста. The article deals with the problems of legislative regulation of the assignment as the basis for the participation of a forensic investigator in the production of investigative actions, its form, content, term, and quality criteria of execution. In conclusion, the author makes proposals to improve the legislation regulating the procedural status of a forensic investigator.
