Research on the Driving Mechanism of NRO Oriented to the Innovation Chain

Abstract

With the reform of science and technology innovation system, some provinces and cities in China have developed a new R & D organization to integrate research and research innovation. It has effectively improved the shortcomings of traditional R & D organization and promoted the regional innovation ability. This paper analyzed the four driving factors, including government, universities, technology and market, by investigating the literature and practical cases. In addition, the concept of innovation chain was introduced to explore the four driving factors of new R & D organization. The comprehensive framework of driving mechanism was proposed in new R & D organization. Finally, this paper put forward countermeasures for the better operation of new R & D organizations. Our findings reinforce the utility of building driving mechanism to make a great contribution in the development of new R & D organizations.
