Abstract
This paper presents in depth investigations of the influence of cooling conditions on electrical, optical and thermal parameters of white power LEDs. First, the paper introduces the measurement methodology and the experimental set-ups. Then, the results of electrical and optical measurements obtained for selected power LEDs operating in different cooling conditions are presented and discussed in detail.
