Abstract

High-temperature nickel-based alloy Inconel 718 is a commonly used material in aerospace, ships, heat exchangers, turbines, storage tanks and other fields because of its good physical and chemical properties, and is usually widely used in the manufacture of aero-engine blisks, blades and other key components. In this paper, the temperature field of the material is analyzed. First, through the simulation, observe the influence law of the laser on the temperature field distribution of the material, and through the experimental comparison, the validity of the laser parameters is verified. The surface quality of the workpieces of conventional cutting and laser-assisted cutting is analyzed, and the advantages of laser-assisted machining are obtained.
