By computing the correlation coefficient, linearity was determined. In standard solution and human plasma, these values were found to be 0.9996 and 0.9991, respectively. In terms of accuracy, sensitivity, precision, and repeatability, the developed spectrophotometric method was deemed satisfactory. Abstract

Macitentan is an endothelin receptor antagonist drug used in the treatment of pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH).
