It is concluded that Russian companies consider more efficient use of technologies, such as data-based management and customer experience management, as a priority of the digital transformation strategy. Abstract

The article examines the experience of state corporations and companies with state participation in the implementation of digital transformation programs since, historically, they accumulate best practices.
