Synthesis of nonstationary anisotropic impedance plane for specified frequency spectrum of the reflected signal

Abstract

Solved the problem of synthesis of non-stationary inhomogeneous anisotropic plane for a given non-specular direction of reflection of waves on the cross-polarization with the required frequency spectrum. Laws of distribution of components of the passive impedance tensor, providing the desired scattering properties, are found in explicit form. Placed restrictions on the class of implemented scattering diagrams using passive structures with time-varying parameters. Considered several special cases.
