Methodology for Choosing an Organization's Development Strategy Based on the Composition of a Polygon of Its Factors on a Swot Field

Abstract

An example of the choice of strategies based on the data of the expert matrix of SWOT analysis is considered. The vectors of the strategy field selection are shown. To coordinate expert assessments, the method of experts’ competence coefficients was adopted. A methodology for choosing an organization’s development strategy based on SWOT analysis data is proposed. Variants of strategies are proposed depending on the position of the matrix field.
