Abstract

The study is mainly conducted to examine the relationship between employees’ perceptions and turnover intentions. The variables selected for the study are support given by the management to its employees, work attitudes, compensation benefits, fulfillment of employees’ expectations and opinion on organization’s retention strategies. A sample survey of 120 questionnaires has been collected from the respondents for the purpose of the study. The study concludes that there is perfect relationship between employees’ perceptions to organization and turnover intentions.
