By this logic the conditions and mechanisms for the formation of a stable self-esteem are determined. Psychotechnologies of self-knowledge and self-esteem have been developed to ensure the musician’s readiness for continuous improvement of professionalism and personal growth. Abstract
the article discusses the phenomenon of young musicians’ assessment of their achievements.
