Construction of the Concept of Primary Assessment of the Sequestration Potential of Territories

Abstract

The work is aimed at the subsequent creation of algorithms to increase the reliability of the assessment of the sequestration potential of various types of territories for the development of a geoinformation system of an administrative unit when assessing the state of carbon territories, which will lead to significant progress in the scientific problem of developing competitive distributed information and measurement systems for monitoring territorial systems. The use of such systems is aimed at ensuring environmental sustainability (safety) of the environment.
