Abstract

The main introduction is the PLC and the touching screen which to control a new type of belt grinder, narrates its working principle, simultaneously introduces its design of the hardware and the software. This new type of  belt grinding, which uses PLC as the control system core, and use the frequency converter to achieve the speed of the belt stepless adjustable and automatic control. This new type machine which can replace the belt On-line, and change the operating parameters on-line. It is improve the the automation level of the belt grinding,and enhance the adaptability to the different materials.
