Abstract
We have developed a new antenna-gain calibration method using image theory and extrapolation technique in the EMC frequency range from 300 MHz to 6 GHz. This method is called as antenna-gain self-calibration method or one-antenna method because the antenna under calibration is only used for the measurement. In this paper, we report the measurement results of applying the antenna gain self-calibration method to millimeter-wave standard-gain horn antennas with moving flat reflector. We compare the measurement results with the MoM calculation results.
