It is based on the use of system analysis principles, statistical and expert-analytical methods and methods of mathematical modeling. A model developed allows describing an object through quality metering under conditions when its investigation or estimation is carried out by one subject on the basis of analytical results obtained by other subject. Abstract
The solution of a fundamental problem at quality metering and comparison of objects with an arbitrary origin is offered.
