A model developed allows describing an object through quality metering under conditions when its investigation or estimation is carried out by one subject on the basis of analytical results obtained by other subject. Abstract

The solution of a fundamental problem at quality metering and comparison of objects with an arbitrary origin is offered. It is based on the use of system analysis principles, statistical and expert-analytical methods and methods of mathematical modeling. A model developed allows describing an object through quality metering under conditions when its investigation or estimation is carried out by one subject on the basis of analytical results obtained by other subject. The introduced concepts of object parameter-graph (a flat level model for description of clusters of its characteristics) — a generalized and shown index of object quality allows using the developed model at investigation of object quality of both material and social nature, and also at development of the procedure of their comparison and selection in accordance with subject's preferences having no direct participation at investigation of the object under analysis.
