P16‐97: Secondary organizing pneumonia following COVID‐19 infection

Abstract

Background : Coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) is associated with a wide spectrum radiological pulmonary manifestations. We report an asymptomatic 81-year-old man who tested positive for PCR SARS-CoV2 RNA He developed respiratory symptoms and radiological consolida-tion 3 weeks later. We diagnosed secondary organizing pneumonia (OP) by transbronchial lung biopsy and he responded to treatment with steroids
