Access to the Spatial Data in the Web-Oriented GIS

Abstract

Publication of spatial data in the Internet is one of the major applications of Web-oriented GIS, which quickly allows one to create and distribute through the Web, spatial and design information and also to reduce the total cost of representation of cartographical information. In the paper, the problem of access to spatial data based on the example of Internet-GIS is considered, and the method of its decision is offered.
