The research method uses descriptive qualitative with literature study based on the Qur'an and Sunnah to determine whether the profit sharing system is applied according to Islamic sharia. Data sources used in this study are primary data collected by interview and observation methods. The data obtained were then analyzed descriptively qualitative and measured by comparing profit sharing with provincial minimum wages and returns on sukuk investments.
