Abstract

In this paper a quadratic programming based optimal power dispatch of a grid connected microgrid system is illustrated. Further a modification to the approach based on a predictive horizon microgrid dispatch is also discussed. The proposed architecture is tested on a grid connected microgrid model and results are compared.
