The electrical conductivity measurement results show that the electrical conductivity value of the pure PANi sample has the highest value, namely 3.58×10-6 S/cm, but the electrical conductivity value decreases with the addition of ZnO composition. The use of 30% PANi/ZnO composite as a sensor material for methanol gas is able to produce a relatively high sensitivity value, the higher the concentration of methanol gas, the sensitivity of the sensor will increase.
