Moreover, the parameters involved in this paper are the ability of restoring loads, load importance, and the cost of switch operations, then, through the decision-making process of evaluating and comparing these parameters, the decision problem of the way to restore the grid fault is essentially transformed into a multi-objective optimization problem. And this paper introduces krill herd algorithm (KHA) related to the primary and secondary searching choices of herds for the targeted problem, meanwhile, taking every target parameter into full consideration, thus offers valuable suggestions to the dispatchers to eventually solve the problem.
