It is concluded that the key influencing factors are enterprise's development strategy, the quality of the ordinary employees, market information asymmetry, food production technology and the production process, the quality of manager, quality safety admittance system, the construction of social honesty and faith. Abstract

The influencing factors indexes system of food industrial enterprises' integrity & credit is constructed from enterprise, government, market, society and consumer. It is difficult to decide accurately which factor has the greatest influence and influenced degree on the integrity & credit because there are the complicated, interactive and restrictive influencing relations between each pair of the influencing factors in the practical process of its building and management. 基于DEMATEL方法的中国食品工业企业诚信信用关键影响因素分析

从企业、政府、市场、社会和消费者四个方面构建了食品工业企业诚信信用影响因素指标体系。由于在诚信信用建设和管理的实际过程中，每一对影响因素之间存在着复杂的、相互制约的影响关系，因此很难准确地确定哪一个因素对诚信信用的影响最大和影响程度。为了解决这一问题，我们考虑了影响因素之间的直接影响和制约关系，并采用DEMATEL (decision - decision Trial and Evaluation Laboratory)方法计算了各因素的综合影响和影响程度。企业发展战略、普通员工素质、市场信息不对称、食品生产技术和生产过程、管理者素质、质量安全准入制度、社会诚信建设是影响食品质量的关键因素。提出了提高食品工业企业诚信信用的建议。
