It is concluded that the key influencing factors are enterprise's development strategy, the quality of the ordinary employees, market information asymmetry, food production technology and the production process, the quality of manager, quality safety admittance system, the construction of social honesty and faith. Abstract

The influencing factors indexes system of food industrial enterprises' integrity & credit is constructed from enterprise, government, market, society and consumer. It is difficult to decide accurately which factor has the greatest influence and influenced degree on the integrity & credit because there are the complicated, interactive and restrictive influencing relations between each pair of the influencing factors in the practical process of its building and management. 基于DEMATEL方法的中国食品工业企业诚信信用关键影响因素分析
