Applying the Crucial Cs to the Life Tasks: A Personal Story

Abstract:The author has been using the Crucial Cs—connect, capable, count, and courage—since they were first introduced to the Adlerian community. The Crucial Cs are now extensively used in schools, business, families, and relationships to extend the use of Adlerian concepts and to make them readily understood. The author illustrates her application of the Crucial Cs with the life tasks—work, love, and friendship in both a personal and a professional context.
