Experience in Painting Archival Materials Dedicated to the Newspaper Russkoye Slovo

Abstract

The published data represent the experience of reviewing materials from the leading archives of Moscow (NIOR RSL, RGALI) and St. Petersburg (RO IRLI, RGIA), dedicated to the newspaper Russkoye Slovo. For ease of use, the proposed list consists of four sections: letters (letters and telegrams to the editorial office, notifications and relations from the front); editorial materials (various documents, information on the publication, minutes of editorial meetings, annals of the newspaper, statistics of circulation, number of pages, subscriptions, sales, etc.); products at different stages of preparation (autographs of texts, proofreads, proofs, special issues and briefings); newspaper clippings.
