The CaCu<inf>3−x</inf>Zn<inf>x</inf>Ti<inf>4</inf>O<inf>12</inf> (x=0, 0.06, 0.1, 0.2) ceramics were prepared by sol-gel method, and sintered at 950 □, 1000 □, 1050 □, 1100 □. XRD patterns confirm the formation of CCTO crystal phase in the as-prepared samples, and SEM results showed different porous structures and grain sizes at different temperatures. Abstract
