Analysis of Knowledge Providers' Learning Behavior: A Case Study of Zhihu Live

Abstract

Cross-domain knowledge exchange is a social network with domain as its node and knowledge flow as its edge. This paper uses the domain classification of Zhihu Lives to construct a cross-domain knowledge exchange network and analyzes the structural characteristics of knowledge exchange in Zhihu Lives. Finally, we provide some practical suggestions for the following development of the platform by analyzing the special phenomenon of knowledge exchange in the present stage of knowledge exchange.
