Abstract

Mass customization is flexible and highly responsive manufacturing systems that produce various customized products, various disturbances happen in the mass customization manufacturing process. These conditions mostly cause bullwhip effect on other processes, such as delivery delays, high level of personnel over time, and work-in-progress (WIP) inventories.
