Abstract

In this research, smart meters and monitoring systems are set up for the aerospace industry hot-pressing furnace, and artificial intelligence (AI) and mechanical learning methods are used to find the process optimization steps of the autoclave. After the introduction of AI methods and smart devices, it can shorten the selection time for personnel seeking to optimize the process parameters of the autoclave, raise warnings for abnormal equipment, predict the maintenance of the hot pressing furnace equipment in advance, and reduce maintenance costs and equipment maintenance time.
