Abstract
We report on performance and reliability of 5-junction VCSEL arrays with output peak power up to 400W, 8ns pulses, 0.05% to 0.1% duty cycle developed by Lumentum for automotive LiDAR. The products have passed AEC-Q102 qualification in these high-power and high-speed conditions.
