Abstract
In this paper, the global Mittag-Leffler synchronization of discrete-time fractional-order complex-valued neural networks with time delay is investigated. First of all, a new lemma for Caputo fractional difference is derived in complex field. Then, by constructing appropriate Lyapunov function and designing a novel complex-valued linear feedback controller, the LMI-based sufficient criterion is provided to ensure the global Mittag-Leffler synchronization of proposed networks. A simulation example is given to show the effectiveness of the control scheme.
