Abstract

The article analyses the effectiveness of Kazakhstan's investment policy and assesses the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on investment flows. Investment measures in response to the COVID-19 pandemic taken by Kazakhstan and foreign countries have been studied. Recommendations have been developed to improve Kazakhstan's investment climate and address current investment policy issues.
