Research on the intelligent settlement cloud platform of electric power materials based on the electronization of blockchain VAT special invoice

Abstract

This paper follows the pilot trend of VAT (Value Added Tax) special e-invoice, and explores a new mode of power material settlement. The intelligent settlement cloud platform of VAT special e-invoice is built based on blockchain and cloud computing, which completely realizes the intelligent connection of the whole business chain of national tax system, supplier, e-commerce platform, material supply system, ERP(Enterprise Resource Planning)system and financial system, real-time sharing of the data, intelligent interaction of the information. This platform will completely cancel the traditional comparison and examination among invoice, order and receiving information, and instead realize the automatic and accurate generation, reliable transmission and digital archiving of electronic invoice, which will promote the whole process of the settlement for materials acceptance to be networked and intelligent, greatly shorten payment cycle to suppliers, continuously optimize the business environment, and boost the digital process of finance and taxation.
