As the results of the comparison and consideration of conventional method and the proposed method, we clarified that the proposed method is superior. Abstract

Mostly the technique of resistance heating is used for the heat treatment of aluminum alloy casting. The resistance heating consumes more electrical power. So we have proposed a method to deal with the aluminum alloy casting, using induction heating (IH) capable of rapid heating. The expectation for the system is to be applied to industry.
