Microelectronic curriculum development and education

Abstract

The microelectronic curriculum at the University of Central Florida (USA) aims to provide both undergraduate and graduate students with theoretical and practical exposure in the field of semiconductor devices. The development and the implementation of this curriculum are presented by the author.
